Adaptive Networks, LLC was created in 2003 in response to inefficiencies discovered while working in IT services at many reputable Silicon Valley
firms. Joel Gutierrez, founder and CEO of Adaptive Networks, identified these inefficiencies, infrastructure bottlenecks, and an overall lack of proper
communication between IT and additional departments. Witnessing this first hand, Joel set out to launch a company focused on results, service, and
    efficiency surrounding budget conscious environments.

Throughout his career he noticed the need for an ear open to non-traditional concepts, philosophies, and a managerial consensus willing to evaluate
a process that may or may not be status quo. Thus, it was during this time, Adaptive Networks provided services for companies such as Ebay,
Vmware, Enterprise Holdings, and Portal Software.

Some of the services provided by Adaptive Networks are:

Network Configuration and Maintenance                    Server Maintenance
Data/Telcom Cabling installation                                  End User Support
Hardware Deployments and configuration                   Disconnect/Reconnect Service

Ebay: Supported over 5000 employees on two campuses. Installed and Configured 30 Terminal Servers for COC (Chinese Operation Center).
Managed relocation vendors and moves of internal Employees. Provided Disconnect/Reconnect Services in conjunction with Crown.

VMware: Contracted by CIO Al Pappas, in order to help with the Desktop Team and the growing pains involved in hiring over 40 employees a week.
Provided New hires with an I.T. Orientation each week. Collaborated with facilities to shuffle and shift employees to provide adequate spacing for
    current operations and future growth.

Portal Software: Provided network support during economic downsizing. Provided 24/7 global support for networks in ASIAPAC/EMEA and North
America. Consolidated campus into one building located at headquarters in Cupertino.

Enterprise Holdings: Complete IT data cabling design and installation for Data/Telecom network. Worked closely with outside construction vendor
and Enterprise employees. Maintained time constraints and met budget requirements of 1 Million dollar remodel at regional Enterprise Management
office in Burlingame. (Subsidiary of Enterprise Rent-A-Car).

Joel maintains an obvious admission that companies have a choice when it comes to IT services. Joel believes that the procedure, by which one
chooses, is determined by his work, service, and attention to detail. He and his team maintain a goal to always exceed these qualifying factors thus
reaping the reward of Adaptive Networks consistently being chosen for such tasks. His entrepreneurial spirit and hard work has pushed him to
become successful in the niche realm of contracted I.T. support services.
